Business Review
It is important that we understand your business operation and identify any nuances particular to your industry. This review will be crucial in structuring a policy for your business.

Consultation & Risk Review
For those businesses that are uninsured, we will undertake a risk review through use of our Credit Risk Questionnaire, including an analysis of debtors and loss history, which with the Business Review, will assist in recommending the most appropriate policy structure.

Policy Audit
For companies already insured we will undertake the Business Review and audit the current policy structure to ensure there are no gaps in cover. We will also recommend improvements where appropriate and can include a full remarketing exercise to ensure the most appropriate and cost effective policy structure is in place.

Operational Support
Where we are appointed by you to handle your credit insurance policy (New or Existing) we will provide full day-to-day support – full details of which can be provided on request. This will include appointment of a dedicated Account Executive and Account Handler.

Staff Training
For those staff involved in administration of a policy we will provide full training in all aspects of policy operation, including on-line systems.

Loss Notification Reminder System
One of the main reasons for claims being declined is failure to notify payment problems to insurers at an early stage - we operate a system to ensure you are prompted to provide such details and ensure compliance with policy timescales.

Claims Management Service
We handle all claims submissions and negotiation of settlement with insurers to ensure prompt settlement to you. In addition our claims audit procedure ensures any potential pitfalls are identified quickly, prior to submission to ensure negotiation of best settlement.
